As much as I love Polka and celebration, it seems it should be the Saturday after Easter and not before. Sort of takes away from Dyngus Day in my opinion...but perhaps that's the best way to let people know it's coming.
I love DJ Kishka! Last summer he was at Open Air in Market Square. It was so much fun being able to watch/listen in an open environment -- I may have even danced a little.
